What Last Call is
Last Call is a private nightlife companion. It helps you keep a record of your own nights, including drinks you log, an estimated BAC timeline, venues, optional photos, and optional reflections. It is for adults of legal drinking age.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide the app and the features you choose to use. This can include:
- account details, such as your name, phone number or email address, profile photo, and sign-in information;
- profile details you provide to personalize BAC estimates, such as weight, biological sex, age, and your selected unit system;
- night information, such as drink logs and timestamps, estimated BAC data, venues, water logs, session photos, and your optional reviews or notes;
- group-night information, such as membership, invitations, votes, recap participation, and shared group-night activity;
- optional location information when you choose to share it in a group night; and
- device and app information used for notifications, reliability, security, and understanding how the app is used.
How group nights work
When you create or join a group night, other people in that group can see the drinks you log and when you log them for that shared night. They can also see group-night content such as the shared drink feed, group recap, votes, and photos shared with that group. Live location sharing starts off and only begins when you choose to share it from the group map while Last Call is open. Your solo nights, private reflections, account contact details, and BAC-input profile details are not shared with group members.
Reports and safety
You can report a person, a shared group photo, or a completed vote about you, and you can block people from future contact. Reports are private and are reviewed to help us address abuse or objectionable content. Reporting a vote does not reveal who cast it.
How we use information
We use your information to run the app, calculate and display personal estimates, show your saved history, enable group-night features you choose to join, send notifications you enable, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and product experience. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate Last Call, including cloud infrastructure and storage, push-notification delivery, error monitoring, and product analytics. They process information on our behalf to provide these services.
Your choices
You can manage notification preferences in the app. Location sharing is optional and can be stopped from the group-night map. You can delete photos you have added where the app provides that control. You can permanently delete your account and associated private data from Settings in the app.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Last Call and meet legitimate operational, security, and legal needs. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Last Call evolves. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date.
